Thalle is an expert in all aspects of landfill construction, closure, expansion and infrastructure.  Our experience includes municipal waste landfills and landfills designed to meet the standards of safely containing coal combustion residuals. Thalle has constructed multiple landfill cell projects from $3m to over $30m and has completed construction of some of the largest landfill contracts in the United States including liner, leachate, and gas extraction systems.
